RFP comparison
Compare RFP responses against the requirements you actually asked about.
You wrote one requirement list. You received several responses that reorder it, reword it, and quietly qualify parts of it. Proposight maps every response back to your original requirements so the comparison is requirement-by-requirement, not document-by-document.
Line responses up against your requirement list
Proposight anchors the comparison on the RFP itself. Each requirement becomes a row; each vendor becomes a column. Where a response covers a requirement in a different section or under a different name, it is matched to the requirement you wrote — and where nothing in the document answers it, the cell says so instead of staying blank.
- Requirement met, partially met, or not addressed
- The vendor's own wording, not a paraphrase
- Conditions attached to a “yes” (configuration, add-on module, roadmap)
- Page and section references for every answer
Find the gaps before the shortlist meeting
The most expensive surprises in an RFP process are the answers nobody noticed were missing. Proposight surfaces unanswered requirements, exclusions, and assumptions as their own list, so clarification questions go out while there is still time to ask them.
Keep the evaluation defensible
Procurement decisions get reviewed. Because every extracted point links back to a page in the response, the evaluation record shows where each conclusion came from. Proposight does not score vendors for you or pick a winner — it makes the comparison reviewable so your team's scoring stands up.
